Payments are due on the day of your scheduled home cleaning service. You can either leave a check or cash on the kitchen counter on the day of the cleaning or transfer money via Zelle or PayPal.

We highly recommend a deep clean for first-timers who haven't had a professional cleaning in the last few months.

It's entirely your choice whether you'd like to be present during your appointment. If you prefer, you can simply leave a key, and we'll take care of everything!

We stand behind our service. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will re-evaluate. We are committed to doing everything we can to meet your expectations. Please provide us with at least 72 hours' notice in the event that we agree to come back.

The duration of the cleaning service depends on the square footage, the cleanliness of the house, and the number of cleaners, typically ranging from 2 to 6 hours.

In certain situations, opting for an hourly service may be suitable. We have a minimum booking requirement of 4 hours for hourly services. It's important to note that there is no guarantee on our hourly service, and we are unable to return for re-cleaning if you choose this option.

We don't require contracts for our cleaning services. All we ask is that you inform us 48 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule. In the event of a cancellation within 12 hours of registration, a 50% charge of the purchase price will apply.

Yes, we have general liability insurance with a general aggregate limit of $2,000,000.

No, the house cleaning company will bring their own cleaning supplies. If you have specific products you prefer for use in your home, you are welcome to provide them along with instructions on their proper usage.

Yes, the initial cleaning usually takes longer than subsequent cleanings. The duration of the first cleaning depends on factors such as the time elapsed since your home last had a deep cleaning, the number of occupants, the presence of pets, the size of your home, and other considerations.
